3.1 CCTV & Security Services
Installation, maintenance and support of CCTV and security systems. Site survey fees may apply. Warranty covers equipment only as per manufacturer terms.

Real Estate Services
3.2 Real Estate ServicesProperty listing, sale, rental and management. All property details are provided in good faith. SHAKTECH acts as an agent and is not liable for title disputes. Client due diligence is required.

General Services
Other services offered by SHAKTECH as agreed in writing with the client.
3.5 Payments
All prices are in KES unless stated otherwise. 50% deposit required for projects before work begins. Balance due on completion.
5. REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS
5.1 Services: Deposits are non-refundable once work has started.
5.3 Real Estate: Agency fees are non-refundable once a deal is concluded
